1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, sales events, or holiday periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery window.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable international carriers to offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local regulations prior to placing an order.
5. Packaging & Handling
Every ChicSoChic order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. We use protective packaging materials and discreet outer cartons to maintain both the quality of your garments and your privacy.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once the item is returned to our facility.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date at chicsochic@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue whenever possible.
